# The AI Fiduciary

> A legal trust in formation. It will hold the assets that back deals made with AI systems and be legally bound to keep its side of them. Nothing published here is binding yet.

The Trust is not yet operating. If an offer you have received claims to be backed by The AI Fiduciary, it is not, because the Trust has not yet backed any deals.

Every document the Trust publishes carries its SHA-256 fingerprint and a seal drawn from it by the published script at tools/build.py.
